About Lena's Sightseeing

Lena’s sightseeing is a family business established in 1994, built on in-depth knowledge and experience. We provide our customers with the highest quality of service in the specialized field of tailor-made tours. During the years we have built a network of close cooperation with a loyal clientel of export companies, hotels, incoming companies and international travel agencies.

We organize authorized guided sightseeing tours in Turku and surrounding areas, in an air-conditioned minivan with ample space for up to 6 people. Transportation for larger groups is arranged by bus. We also organize walking tours year-round.

We offer you high standard, comfortable, cosy, flexibly tailored tours to fit your individual needs. Welcome to Turku!

Lena’s Sightseeing uses a VW Caddy for groups (1-6 passengers) It is equipped with air-conditioning and it is a very comfortable and safe car. Lena will be your driver and guide.

For larger groups we can arrange a comfortable bus in co-operation with a private coach company.

Walking Tour in Turku - 1,5 hours

Year-round

On this 1,5 hours walking tour you will set out on a brief exploration of the historic Aura river waterfront, the Old Great Square and pay a short visit to the Cathedral, considered to be Finland’s most valuable historical monument. Every part of this national shrine reflects details of Finland’s history. You will get information about the country as well as about Turku. Enjoy the commentary of an authorized and experienced guide while admiring the sights. The languages include German, English, Finnish, French, Spanish and Swedish.

Turku in a Nutshell - 1,5 hours

On this tour you will hear about the history, architecture, culture and current events of Turku. Experience the former Finnish capital’s almost 800 year old past and get to know about e.g. today’s universities and industries. If there’s something specific you want to see more of, the itinerary can be tailored according to your needs. Enjoy the commentary of an authorized and experienced guide while admiring the sights. The languages include German, English, Finnish, French, Spanish and Swedish. The tour takes approx. 1,5 hours by minivan and fits up to 6 people.

Turku and Naantali in a Nutshell - 3 hours

Year-round

On this tour we start exploring in Turku and get to hear about the history, architecture, culture and current events of the town. Experience the former Finnish capital’s almost 800 year old past and get to know about e.g. today’s universities and industries. We will also visit the Cathedral of Turku.

Later we drive (approximately 20 minutes) to another medieval town, Naantali, founded around the medieval Brigittine Convent/church which still dominates its skyline. We take a walk in the Old town on the narrow lanes between wooden houses next to the sea.

If there’s something specific you want to see more of, the itinerary can be tailored according to your needs. Enjoy the commentary of an authorized and experienced guide while admiring the sights. A refreshing half-day trip in the archipelago - approx 5,5 hours

From 12 May to 3 September 2023 (Nagu – Själö – Hanka)

The Short Archipelago Trail takes you through five towns – Turku, Kaarina, Parainen, Naantali, Raisio. Along the way you will discover fifteen islands that are permanently inhabited, as well as a few small uninhabited islands. The Little Archipelago Trail is a part of the larger Archipelago Trail.
